This is the second year that PLN (Indonesia) hosts a seminar on communication activities in the power sectors of member countries of HAPUA (Heads of ASEAN Power Utilities / Authorities).
The main subjects of the seminar touched on communication and public relation related issues such as: Strategic communication planning; Public relations through shareholders; Role of communication; Customer satisfaction survey; Social security as an effective public relation tool, etc.
Although this is the latest working group being expected to be included in HAPUA's annual working program, the communication working group worked very actively and eagerly.
Given the importance of communication in the production, business activities and customer service of the ASEAN’s Power Industries, it is expected that the communication working group will soon become an official group in the annual working program of HAPUA.
