Speaking at the ceremony, EVN Deputy General Director Ngo Son Hai said that E-office software has been deployed and used by EVN since the early 2000s; consistently used throughout the Group since 2015.
Through many times of upgrading, completing, E-office software developed by the EVN Telecommunications and Information Technology Company (EVNICT) has effectively supported the management, administration and information tasks from the Group to units in a rapid and consistent manner. Currently, most of the documents of the whole Group are circulated through the E-office system, helping EVN to gradually build a modern, professional and effective electronic office.
The transfer of E-office software to the University of Science and Technology is an activity aimed at promoting bilateral cooperation under the Cooperation Agreement signed by and between the two parties. Thereby, it contributes to supporting the University in improving the efficiency in management and training activities.

According to Mr. Pham Ngoc Hien - Deputy Director of EVNICT, right after the signing ceremony, the E-office software was deployed in phase 1 at the University, with the main functional modules: management of in-coming documents, management of out-going documents, management of internal documents. For phase 2, after the evaluation process of deployment and preparation of technology infrastructure, registering digital signatures at University of Science and Technology, the E-office software is expected to be supplemented with functions such as: Meeting/Business Calendar Module, Submission of document for signing; Management of assigned duty; Mobile-App version, SMS messaging, etc.
