Brilliantly accomplishing tasks in 2022 with many targets being realized exceeding the plan
At the conference, Mr. Ngo Tan Cu - General Director of EVNCPC stated that in 2022 the Corporation has secured electricity supply in a safe and reliable manner, fully meeting electricity demand for socio-economic development and daily life of people in the Central and Central Highlands provinces.
In 2022, EVNCPC has taken many solutions to intensely reduce the duration and frequency of planned power outages such as making the most of live-line working technologies, investing in “N-1” grids, etc. The average interruption duration in the year is 219 minutes/customer, a decrease of 136 minutes/customer compared to 2021.
According to EVNCPC's General Director, the Corporation has performed well in power loss reduction, down 0.44% against 2021, reaching a rate of 3.99%. At the same time, EVNCPC's getting electricity index has remained the best in the whole EVN, with only 1.61 days/work.

Modernizing metering systems is also a highlight of EVNCPC in 2022. EVNCPC is the only regional power corporation to achieve a 100% electronic meter installation rate, with a remote reading rate of 99.96%.
In 2022, the customer service work of the Central Power Corporation has kept on being strongly improved. Through surveying, 99.2% of customers are satisfied with the service quality; 89% of customers are aware of EVNCPC's customer care channels. In 13 Central provinces and cities, 94.88% of customers pay non-cash, 20.53% exceeding the plan.
Regarding digital transformation, the Corporation has achieved many impressive results. EVNCPC has been honored at the Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards 2022.
