Since December 2010, EVNCPC has been cooperating with banks in electricity bill payment. Up to this time, 16 banks and 6 intermediary organizations have cooperated with EVNCPC in the service.
Up to July, 2017, electricity bill payment at customer’s home has been basically replaced by the Corporation. The ratio of electricity bill and revenue collected through banks and intermediary organizations has been dramatically increased over the years, ensuring the collection in due date, safety and at a high rate.
In the 4 first months of 2018, the ratio of bills paid via banks and intermediary organizations of Central Power Corporation was at 53.91%; the revenue gained through this method accounts for 80.5% of the total revenue.
Following the accelerating trend of e-commerce development at global scale, EVNCPC has been combining with banks and intermediary organizations to dramatically promote online electricity bill payment via the website cskh.cpc.vn, the customer-care application named EVNCPC CSKH, associated with internet banking services of almost banks co-operating in electricity bill payment with EVN.

Thanks to the service, their customers now can proactively set their time, make payments anywhere at any time, avoiding time waste going to payment points or waiting at counter.
Besides, EVNCPC also shall develop and strengthen their centralized collecting places in auniform model, applying information technology to serve customers for effective and quick electricity bill payment.
