Customers can pay electricity bills easily
During 2016, EVNHANOI had conducted diversification of electricity bill payment methods, payment locations, mitigated risks caused by cash payments, created proactiveness and flexibility in electricity bill payments of customers.
EVNHANOI signed cooperation agreements with 12 banks and 5 intermediate organizations for electricity bill payments. At present, customers can pay electricity bills at any payment counters among 228 payment counters in customer transaction offices of power companies and in transaction locations of banks in the city.
Furthermore, EVNHANOI conducted customer care services via SMS in conformity with requirements of each customer category. Customers can actively search for information on meter reading schedule, bill payment status, bill payment information every time and everywhere only by sending a message to the phone number 8088. Provision of customer care application on mobile devices using Android, iOS, Windows Phone operating systems had been done.
