EVNHCMC has assessed the level of enterprises’ digital transformation for all 24/24 affiliated units based on 139 criteria under 6 digital transformation main criteria: Digital experience for customers; Strategy; Infrastructure and digital technology; Operate; Digital transformation of enterprise culture; Data and information assets.

The assessment process includes Enterprise self-assessment; Verification by an Independent consultant. All records of self-assessment and verification results are posted online on the DBI portal for MoIC to review and confirm the digital transformation level of enterprises.
As a result, MoIC has confirmed that EVNHCMC has achieved the digital transformation level of 3/5 (the level of digital business formation). In particular, the parent company with the role of organizing and leading the enterprises’ digital transformation process reached 545 points, approaching the benchmark score of level 4 (advanced level - 556 points). This is a very high score, showing that the business has basically completed the process of digital business formation and is ready to develop to an advanced level.
In addition, EVNHCMC also has 3/24 affiliated units, including Ho Chi Minh City Power System Dispatch Center, Customer Care Center and Information Technology Company, which have been confirmed to reach an advanced level of digital transformation (level 4/5).
Evaluation and confirmation of the digital transformation level by MoIC for EVNHCMC and its member units have clearly demonstrated the spearhead strengths of EVNHCMC in the following aspects: having a 100% automated power grid, having excellent customer service quality, and having modern and advanced information technology telecommunications infrastructure to perform the important political task of ensuring a safe, stable and uninterrupted power supply with increasing high quality in Ho Chi Minh City - the locomotive of the southern key economic region.
