The program is divided into 2 phases by EVNHCMC: Phase 1 from 1 September 2021 to 31 May 2022, strives for 333 participating initiatives; Phase 2 from 1 June 2022 to 30 September 2023, strives to have 667 participating initiatives. In addition, the units strive for at least 20% of the number of officials, union members and employees who have initiatives and solutions to participate in the program.
The remote control software for the power grid implemented by EVNHCMC engineers contributes to improving the power supply quality
Initiatives participating in the program are scientific research topics, innovative ideas, technical solutions, management solutions, operational solutions, and solutions for applying advanced techniques and technologies recognized by the authority.
EVNHCMC hopes that the program will spread and promote the creative labor movement, promote technical innovation initiatives for managers at all levels, union members, employees and workers of the whole EVNHCMC, and contribute to improving labor productivity in production.
