The corporation's trade union has promoted emulation movements and improved the effectiveness of mass movements in OSH activities. In which, the union pays attention to launching an emulation movement on OSH; developing in quantity, improving the quality and operational efficiency of OSH networks at the grassroots; commending and rewarding collectives and individuals with exemplary achievements in the emulation movement "green - clean - scenic, ensuring OSH".
Leaders of EVNNPT and EVNNPT's Trade Union commended collectives and individuals of Power Transmission Trade Union 4 who have completed and excelled in phase 1 of initiatives in the program of 10,000 initiatives of EVN.
Putting occupational safety first

Employee Month and OSH Action Month are the highlights to further raise employees' awareness of occupational safety. Given the specifics of the power industry, the risk of occupational unsafety can occur at any time if the employee is reckless and does not fully comply with required processes and regulations. “If an accident occurs, the employee will suffer the biggest loss. Therefore, at any time, employees must put safety first. Any levels of management in the corporation must act for the sake of employees, act for the safety of employees," emphasized Mr. Bui Van Kien. EVNNPT's culture is "Compliance - Respect - Responsibility - Dedication - Trust", in which "compliance" is ranked first, which is to uphold the role of occupational safety.
