EVNSPC stops sending SMS to customers from August 1, 2023

The Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC) will switch to messaging via electronic applications such as the Customer Care App, Zalo, email, and customer service web instead of SMS.

This change aims at enhancing the electronicization of customer service activities and diversifying forms of communication with electricity consumers in 21 Southern provinces and cities.

To receive messages via electronic applications, electricity consumers in 21 Southern provinces and cities can do in many ways, such as installing the EVNSPC Customer Care App, following the EVNSPC page on Zalo, or registering an email address with the power company.

After registering, customers will receive notifications about the electricity services provided by EVNSPC such as notices of electricity bills, power supply interruption plans, service charges, unpaid bills, etc.

The notifications or electronic messages sent through these applications can be done easily with full information being conveyed, whereas SMS messages are technically bound, with a limited number of characters for each message.

Electricity customers in 21 Southern provinces/cities, please contact Hotline 19001006 or 19009000; email: cskh@evnspc.vn; EVNSPC Customer Care App; Fanpage https://www.facebook.com/evnspcnews, or can install the Customer Care App according to the QR code and follow the instructions for more details.
