Attending the meeting was Mr. Konstantin Mogilevski, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
At the meeting, Deputy Minister Konstantin Mogilevski said that based on the current comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, the cooperation between the two countries in education, science, and technology has been increasingly developing both extensively and intensively, with many remarkable achievements. According to the Deputy Minister, it is a favorable condition for educational, scientific, and technological organizations of the two countries to have technological exchanges, or cooperation activities in the education and training of high-quality personnel, including the energy industry.

EVN’s Vice President Vo Quang Lam thanked and expressed his joy at the positive and highly practical cooperation proposals from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation to Vietnamese groups, corporations and businesses, including EVN. EVN’s Vice President Vo Quang Lam expected that in the future, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation would have many cooperation programs to train, and improve skills and expertise of EVN’s workforce in the fields of technology and science.
