Energizing An Phuoc 220kV substation (Dong Nai)
At 21:30 on 25 June 2022, the Southern Power Project Management Board (SPMB) in collaboration with the relevant units energized the An Phuoc 220kV substation and the connection line (Dong Nai province).
The transformer at An Phuoc 220kV substation has just been successfully energized
An Phuoc 220kV substation project is built in Long Thanh town, Long Thanh district, and Hiep Phuoc Commune, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province. The scale of installation includes 2 transformers with a total capacity of 500MVA, installing equipment with 7 220kV bays and 10 110kV bays. The connected line section was newly constructed two sections connecting two 220kV circuits, each about 50 meters long, connecting to two existing Long Binh - Long Thanh 220kV lines.
After the project is completed, it will ensure the power supply for loads of Long Thanh district in particular and Dong Nai province in general; meet the needs of socio-economic development in Dong Nai province and surrounding areas; reduce the load for transformers at the existing Long Thanh and Long Binh 220kV substations.
This is a group B, grade I energy project, invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT), managed and operated by SPMB, and operated by Power Transmission Company 4.
