Accordingly, the Project Implementation Department functions as a focal point of the PPMB 1 at the construction site of Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant Extension Project, specifically: Managing the construction site; managing the project implementation schedule, quality, environment, materials and equipment, labor safety, fire and explosion prevention and environmental sanitation; managing the construction supervision consultant.
Mr. Pham Thanh Hoai - Deputy Director of Power Project Management Board No. 1 is the Director and Mr. Cao Phan Ky - Head of Technical Team in the Technical - Safety Division under the Power Project Management Board No. 1 is the Deputy Director of the Project Implementation Department.
Assigning tasks to the Project Implementation Department, Mr. Pham Hong Phuong - Director of PPMB 1 emphasized that every employee in PPMB 1 would have to make the best effort to fulfill their new responsibilities, so that the PPMB 1 can maintain the leading position in the field of project management in EVN.
The investment decision of Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant Extension project has been made at Decision No. 383/QD-EVN dated September 27, 2019 of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity, in which the project construction commencement is scheduled in the second quarter of 2020.
