Mr. Nguyen Tan Hung - Secretary of EVNHCM Youth Union said, on 12 March 2016, more than 1,000 youth union members of EVNHCM conducted repairing the indoor electrical system for 200 households in Cu Chi district. Then, the local Youth union branches of the power companies will continue to conduct constructing, repairing electrical lines and equipment for 300 poor and policy households in the whole city.
Meanwhile, the EVNHCM Youth Union enlightened 20 alleys in the city, putting on the safe and economical light sources for transportation, contributing to enhancing security as well as order in the alleys at night time.
Mr. Nguyen Tan Hung said EVNHCM Youth Union also gave away more than 200 gifts, worth VND 500,000 each to households living particularly difficult situations in the city.
Not only in the peak season in December "Customer Appreciation Month", but also from the beginning of 2016 until now, the EVNHCM Youth Union has conducted free electrical repair, donated electrical materials and equipment for more than 1,000 households in Ho Chi Minh city and the neighbouring provinces. These are the practical joint activities of the youth of power sector for the development of the community.
