The medium-voltage power supply service is posted on an online platform, not only making the procedure transparent but also making it easy for customers to easily access – be easily engaged – easily monitor throughout the entire implementation process.
As for medium voltage grids, EVNHANOI coordinates with the Department of Industry and Trade to jointly resolve a number of administrative procedures between state agencies and EVNHANOI in investment in and construction of medium voltage power projects in Hanoi. The average time for processing medium voltage power supply is always guaranteed to be lower than the required duration as per the current regulations: in 2015, the average time for medium voltage power supply was 2 days for the steps of request receipt, site survey, connection agreement and 5 days for power supply contract signing, acceptance, and energizing; up to now, the average time for processing medium voltage power supply to customers for the entire responsibilities of EVNHANOI is less than 4 days (3 days shorter than the regulated one).
