The program was held on the occasion of the 68th anniversary of the Vietnam Power Sector Traditional Day (December 21, 1954 - December 21, 2022) and responding to "Customer Gratitude Month". This is the 8th time that EVN has consecutive organized Customer Gratitude Month and EVN Pink Week, units throughout Vietnam Electricity have enthusiastically participated in the implementation continuously for the past 8 years, even though the implementation context has had unfavorable times. Typically in the past year 2021, despite being greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, EVN and its member units’ staff and employees still made great efforts to carry out many items such as repairing and new installing electrical systems for more than 6,000 poor households, more than 246 hospitals, medical and sanitation facilities; free-of-charge power meter installation and substation cleaning for over 3,000 businesses; The program "Light up the countryside roads" with hundreds of kilometers of roads, over 2,000 poles and works has been lit up. In particular, the voluntary blood donation program of the 7th EVN Pink Week taking place in December 2021 contributed 11,812 blood units to the nationwide "blood bank" at the time of blood shortage for patient backup. This year, the 8th EVN Pink Week takes place from December 5-11, 2022. All blood donation points nationwide of Vietnam Electricity are ready to cooperate with the National Institute of Hematology - Blood Transfusion and local medical facilities to receive love drops of blood from the Power sector’s staff and employees.
In 2021, EVN issued the Brand Identity System of EVN and its units. In 2022, EVN issued the Master Plan for the Implementation of Corporate Culture and the EVN Cultural Document. In which, the 5 core values of EVN Culture are highlighted, including Trust, Quality, Pioneering, Creativity, and Responsibility. This is also the main idea of the 8th EVN Pink Week. All staff and employees of the Power sector use the same identity and message, together to build a modern, professional, and customer-wholehearted EVN brand image and meet the power demand for the development of the country.
