EVN has identified key areas to implement digital transformation including "Data Digitalization": the target of "one infrastructure, one database", unifying throughout EVN on a common, unified platform in technology, technical solutions, and shared database management; standardizing and enriching the database; Promoting the collection, exploitation, and analysis of data from the field, connecting with control/monitoring/operation systems.
"Customer digitization": taking the customer as the center, analyzing behavior to provide added services, ensuring customers can interact "anytime, anywhere" in the digital space, and continuously increasing customer satisfaction levels.
“Business processes digitization”: Promoting business process reform by the process of applying digital technology in EVN, encouraging innovation and creativity.

Many positive results
With the spirit of actively implementing digital transformation plans and tasks, many units have been recognized with remarkable results and achievements: Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Corporation is the first State-owned enterprise in the country certified as a Digital Enterprise by the Ministry of Information and Communications.; some units including Electricity Telecommunications and Information Technology Company, Power Generation Corporation No.3, Power Generation Corporation No.1, Central Power Corporation, Northern Power Corporation, and Southern Power Corporation, have been awarded many national digital transformation prizes.
EVN has expanded the integration and sharing of population data for 100% of EVN's level 4 online services being provided on the National Public Service Portal. This is also EVN's effort in implementing the theme 2023 - Year of National Digital Data; It is also a positive contribution in implementing the Project to develop the application of population data, identification, and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022-2025 (Project 06).

In 2023, several EVNHANOI's achievements have been recognized: the initiative "Dispatching work Digitalization" awarded the "Make by EVN" prize; the Product "EVNHANOI Customer Care Ecosystem" awarded Sao Khue Prize, etc.
On 31 March 2023, the Ministry of Information and Communications confirmed that EVNHANOI is one of the state-owned enterprise units under the Group/Corporation model to complete the assessment of the first level of digital transformation in Vietnam.
Implementing the digital transformation roadmap of the Electricity industry, and realizing EVN's target of becoming a digital enterprise by 2025, the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) has focused on digital transformation in 3 important areas of lines and substations management, and experiments.
As for the Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC), by the end of 2022, EVNNPC will have completed 100% of the digital transformation tasks assigned by EVN, as well as 100% of the registration tasks according to the plan approved by EVN.
EVNNPC aims to become a digital enterprise by 2025. In addition to completing the tasks assigned by EVN, EVNNPC will focus on process digitization - data digitization with the foundation of EVN's shared software; internal processes digitization system of EVNNPC; GIS system, and centralized data warehouse.
