Medium-voltage power supply service is put on an online platform, making not only procedures public and transparent, but also easy for customers to access, participate, and monitor the entire implementation process.

Regarding the medium-voltage grid, EVNHANOI has coordinated with the Department of Industry and Trade to carry out the interconnection of some administrative procedures between state agencies and the Electricity sector in the field of investment in the construction of medium-voltage power projects in Hanoi. If in the past years, the prescribed time for implementing the access-to-electricity index for medium-voltage power supply services was 18 days, now the average time for solving it by the Electricity sector has been shortened to 7 days (7 working days for the work under the responsibility of the Electricity sector).
