In realization of the motto of "electricity goes one step ahead", EVN has made efforts to supply electricity to meet the electricity demand growing at about 10% per year of the country, with better and better quality of service.
In particular, EVN has delivered electricity to 99.98% of communes / wards / towns across the country, 98.83% of rural households have access to electricity and EVN has supplied electricity directly to 11 out of 12 island districts.
This achievement is attributed to appropriate policies of the State, effective support from international organizations such as the World Bank, ADB, AFD and local resources being mobilized for implementing rural electrification projects in line with each development period of the country. In implementation of the assigned tasks, EVN has set social security objectives above corporate interests.
