EVN’s Vice President Vo Quang Lam said that EVN has used the E-Office system since 1999. This is the first software of EVN, and has gone through four versions (E-Office 1.0, 2.0, 2.3 and 3.0). However, the E-Office system has some shortcomings such as: dated technology platform, inconsistent features, limited mobile version, not linked to other software, etc. Therefore, in October 2019, EVN assigned the Information and Communication Technology Company (EVNICT) to develop a digital office system to replace E-Office 3.0.
EVN’s Vice President Vo Quang Lam pressed the button to officially activate the application of Digital-Office system at EVNs headquarters.
Accordingly, Digital - Office is developed on the foundation of new technology, ensuring the scalability and compliance with the Group's technology orientation, and in line with the digital transformation in EVN. The system meets the business requirements and enhances the user experience.
Attending the event were EVN’s Vice President Vo Quang Lam, leaders of EVN's functional departments, leaders and staff of the Information and Communication Technology Company of EVN, and the member organizations which have piloted the application of Digital - Office.
Digital Office system is developed with 3 versions: on Web, Tablet and Smart Mobile.
The system includes all modules on E-OFFICE 3.0 such as: clerical module, incoming documents module, tasks, outgoing document module / internal outgoing document module, filing module, evaluation, grading, document sending and receiving system integration between EVN and its member organizations, etc. Besides, the system is also supplemented with a number of new professional features to fully meet new office regulations and be prepared ready for expansion under the administrative reform of EVN.
Especially, the Digital Office system is integrated with the Human Resource Management System HRMS, EVNCA, EVNPORTAL, with developing standards, ready to integrate office utility services. Thereby, the system is the basis for development and completion of the E-Office solution in the coming time.
