The Government praised EVN for its good implementation of online electricity services on the National Public Service Portal

Vietnam Electricity (EVN) is one of the few enterprises praised by the Government for its active efforts in the construction of the National Public Service Portal (NPSP). The online conference on the preliminary review of 1-year operation of the NPSP was held by the Government Office on 30 December 2020.

At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam emphasized that, in addition to the function of providing online public services, the NPSP is also a place to advise and guide people in implementing procedures; At the same time, it has the function of receiving comments from people on administrative procedures, on the government's administration through the provision of public services.

The positive contribution from EVN

Right at the opening of the NPSP, EVN was honored to be trusted and selected by the Government to allow the integration of new power supply services through medium and low-voltage grids. Then, just 15 days after the opening of the NPSP, on 24 December 2019, EVN completed the integration of 12/12 online power services level 4 to the Portal.

By August 2020, as soon as the online payment platform of the NPSP was completed, EVN was the first unit to convert the integrated electricity bill payment service to the Portal Payment Platform according to the designed model. The Group directs the whole affiliates and employees to create accounts and use online public services provided on the NSPS.

EVN collectives and individuals were praised at the online conference on the preliminary review of the 1-year operation of the NPSP.

In order to reform and simplify the documents in electricity services, EVN has reviewed the process and removed documents such as: Application for buying electricity, identification papers (except for confirming the identity of the ward or commune police if the customer does not have other identification documents) and replace it with the information on the online transaction website and the user information that is authenticated by the NSPS.

In addition, for the convenience of customers, EVN's Business Process allows the addition of missing documents (if any) when conducting a survey or constructing at the customer's site. Power units can take photos of the profile and verify this information at the customer's site.

EVN has stepped up the electronic service delivery to establish an electronic experience on the entire journey of customer experience of electrical services.

Up to now, after 1 year of integration, EVN has provided 100% of online electricity services level 4 to the NSPS. The number of electrical service requests through the NSPS as of 30 November 2020 is nearly half a million requests, the number of files synchronized to the Portal is nearly 1.5 million records. Electricity services are always in the group of outstanding services of the Portal, which are used the most by many people, accounting for 77.16% of the requests of ministries, branches and localities made by people and businesses in NSPS.

The electricity service administration at quantri.dichvucong.gov.vn is regularly implemented by EVN to promptly detect and coordinate with VNPT in processing information, ensuring the consistency between the system of the NSPS system and the service provider system of EVN.
