The Group is also implementing the mission of "electricity - one step ahead", the power supply infrastructure has been strongly developed in terms of scale and modernity in all 3 phases of power generation, transmission, and distribution and business. The national electricity system has spread to all parts of the country. The North-South 500kV super-high-voltage transmission line, the "backbone" of the Vietnamese electricity system, has been supplemented with a third circuit, power grids in key economic regions in the North and the South are connected in a loop, ensuring safe and reliable power supply.
EVN has also implemented well the Rural Electrification Program, overfulfilling the goals assigned by the Party and the Government, contributing to poverty reduction, bringing a new facelift to the rural area, maintaining political security and to protect the sovereignty of the border, sea and islands, including strategic islands on the sea such as Phu Quoc, Co To, Ly Son, Kien Hai, Lai Son, Tien Hai, etc., are all powered by the national grid by submarine cables.

Many large-scale and complex power grid and source projects such as Son La and Lai Chau Hydropower Plants and 500kV ultra-high voltage transformer lines and substations have been undertaken by a team of domestic officials and engineers in charge of designing and organizing construction management and operation, such as.
100% of electricity services have reached level 4 in terms of online services - the highest level in providing online public services according to the Government's regulations; connecting the national public service portal, increasing the publicity, transparency and creating convenience for customers, and so on.
