Reporting at the meeting, Mr. Tran Viet Anh - Director of EVN's Organization and Personnel Department said, in execution of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 852/QD-TTg dated June 14, 2017 on approving the overall project of rearranging and restructuring enterprises under Vietnam Electricity in the period of 2017 - 2020 (hereinafter referred to as Decision 852), EVN has approved a project of corporate rearranging and restructuring the National Power Transmission Company, five Power Corporations and three Power Generation Corporations under EVN in the period of 2017 – 2020. On March 19, 2020, EVN's Board of Directors issued Directive No. 1646/CT-EVN on the action plan to realize the corporate rearrangement, renovation, equitization and divestment in 2020 of EVN (Directive 1646).
In execution of Decision 852 and Directive 1646, in 2020 EVN proactively and actively performed its corporate restructuring, renovation, equitization and divestment tasks. As of the end of 2020, EVN had basically accomplished all the tasks of corporate rearrangement and restructuring according to Decision 852 of the Prime Minister - Mr. Tran Viet Anh said.

Up to now, the Group has finalized the equitization of Power Generation Corporation 3; announcing the corporate value of Power Generation Corporation 2 and the Prime Minister has approved the equitization plan for GENCO2; submitted to the Commission for Management of State Capital at Enterprises the corporate valuation dossier of Power Generation Corporation 1.
EVN has completed its divestment in 03 joint stock companies, including: Thu Duc Electro-Mechanical JSC, Thuan Binh Wind Power JSC and EVN Finance.
EVN has presented and made clarifications on the project of transforming the National Load Dispatch Center into one member limited liability company, being financially independent from EVN. Currently, the CMSC is preparing an appraisal report to submit to the Prime Minister for approval.
EVN has conducted cost unbundling between power distribution and retail business; organizationally separating maintenance services and management - operation of power distribution grids.
At the same time, EVN has kept on promoting the application of advanced and new technologies to improve the production and business efficiency, labor productivity throughout the Group; implementing component projects and studies in the Project "Research, Development and Application of Technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) in production and business activities" according to the approved plan. The preparation of digital infrastructure and data is gradually being completed, as a basis to put the applications of Industry 4.0 into practice in the coming years.
EVN has completed HR training tasks in the Group's Human Resource Management Project for the period of 2018 - 2025, with a vision to 2030; performing the tasks of training experts, training managers according to plans, and realizing online training plans within the Group.
The Chairman of EVN's Board of Directors has asked functional departments and member units to well perform the development of a competitive wholesale electricity market and a competitive retail electricity market under the direction of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; promoting the application of achievements of Industry 4.0 in all production and business activities; performing effectively the digital transformation.
