EVN has provided enough electricity for socio - economic development in the first nine months of 2017
In particular, the domestic power sales is estimated at 128.56 billion kWh, a growth of 9.31%.
The North experienced the highest power sale growth in the country, reaching 10.69%, due to a critical increase in the power demand of industrial parks. In the central and southern regions, the rates were 8.01% and 8.14%, respectively.
Together with securing sufficient electricity for socio - economic development, EVN has kept on improving the reliability of power supply. In particular, in the eight months of 2017, the system average interruption duration (SAIDI) was 624 minutes, a decrease of 43% over the same period in 2016.
The momentary average interruption frequency (MAIFI) was 0.64 times per customer, the system average interruption frequency (SAIFI) was 4.56 times per customer, both decreasing by 36.2 % over the same period of 2016.
