Besides providing cashless electricity bill payment services on customer service applications, customer care websites, the National Public Service Portal, etc., EVN and power corporations have also cooperated with banks and intermediary organizations to provide customers with more options and higher convenience by online electricity bill payment: payment via bank accounts, e-wallets, payment with QR code, etc.
Especially, to encourage customers to use non-cash payment methods, EVN has actively coordinated with partners, intermediary payment organizations, e-wallets to offer many discount codes, attractive gifts for customers when paying for electricity bills on electronic transaction applications.
