There are 50 out of a total of 72 projects completed by EVNSPC before April 30, 2025, making practical achievements to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification, and 50 years of building and developing EVNSPC.
In particular, EVNSPC completed two projects ahead of schedule to welcome the 4th Party Congress of Vietnam Electricity (term 2025 - 2030): Cai Rang 110kV Substation & Connection Line (Can Tho City) and Thanh Binh 110kV Substation & Connection Line (Dong Thap Province).
Among the 72 projects, 14 key projects are designed to release capacity and synchronize with the 220kV station, thereby enhancing electricity quality, accommodating load growth, and fostering socio-economic development in localities.

Since the beginning of the year, EVNSPC has also started 40 110kV power grid projects, of which 22 were started early to serve the dry season. EVNSPC has mobilized VND 7,955 billion, ensuring sufficient capital for most key projects. The disbursement rate reached 63% of the plan as assigned by EVN, with net investment disbursement reaching 65% of the plan.
In the last 6 months of the year, EVNSPC strives to continue energizing 48 110kV projects, including 2 key projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Currently, these 2 projects have completed 85% of the volume, striving to be energized in July 2025.
