Looking ahead to 2026, President and CEO Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized: “The power grid sector has made significant technological advancements; the power plant sector, with Ialy Plant leading the way, must be even more decisive in its digital transformation roadmap. The unit needs to proactively research and apply artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics to online monitoring and control instead of traditional methods. The President and CEO hopes that Ialy Plant will not only fulfill the tasks assigned by the Group, but also contribute ideas and propose new technological solutions to improve plant efficiency and ensure sustainable environmental protection.”
President and CEO Nguyen Anh Tuan also instructed Ialy Hydropower Company to pay special attention to transparency and democracy in corporate governance and personnel management; to promptly complete dam safety inspection reports; and to strengthen social responsibility and closely cooperate with local authorities to build the image of a modern, responsible, and humane energy enterprise.

In terms of professional performance, 2025 saw impressive results for IHPC amidst high load demand and extreme weather conditions. The company's total power production reached 6,404 million kWh, surpassing the Group's target by 27.3%. Specifically, Ialy Hydropower Plant produced 4,449 million kWh; Se San 3 Hydropower Plant produced 1,394 million kWh; and Pleikrong Hydropower Plant produced 561 million kWh.

In terms of investment and construction, the company successfully completed 100% of its assigned investment, construction, and asset procurement plans for the year. Technical management was well-executed, with no subjective incidents or workplace accidents occurring. Major repairs were completed on all 16 items, ensuring quality and exceeding the planned schedule. The company also successfully completed the production preparation and acceptance of the generating units at the Ialy Hydropower Plant expansion project.
The IHPC has managed the reservoir effectively, reducing flood peaks downstream, especially during natural disasters, ensuring absolute safety for the structure and people in the downstream area.

In 2026, IHPC aims to continue operating its plants safely, stably, and efficiently with key tasks including: Closely coordinating with relevant parties to ensure safe operation and optimal performance of the expanded Ialy Hydropower Plant; Continuing to perform well in equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring that the generating units are always ready to meet the national power grid's mobilization requirements; Strengthening environmental protection, dam and reservoir safety, and promoting the application of science and technology and digital transformation in management and operation.

Some targets and tasks for Ialy Hydropower Company in 2026:
* Generate power: 4,895 million kWh.
* Achieve and surpass the technical management targets set by EVN regarding the rate of self-consumption of power, the rate of machine downtime due to incidents, and the availability factor.
* Complete all 37/37 major repair projects on schedule and to the required quality standards.
* Six out of six construction investment projects have been completed.
