In the investment preparation work, EVNSPC has also completed and submitted 129 dossiers proposing approval of investment policies to competent authorities, of which 89 dossiers have been approved.

In 2025, EVNSPC will energize 122 110kV power grid projects; of which, in September 2025 alone, 14 projects will be energized.

To complete the entire construction investment work from now until the end of the year, EVNSPC’s leaders will continue to be determined in managing the construction investment work, members of the Board of Members and the Management Board will directly direct and inspect the construction on site; maintain a daily periodic reporting regime to serve the direction and management of the Corporation's leaders; continue to organize regular and ad-hoc project progress review meetings with construction contractors; strengthen the organization of field inspections to control and evaluate quality and progress compared to the approved schedule; check the resource allocation of contractors; payment settlement work is carried out promptly to create conditions for contractors to have enough finance to speed up the construction progress.

At the same time, power companies continue to proactively coordinate closely with leaders at all levels and localities in propagating and mobilizing people about the effectiveness and benefits of the project, and implementing local decisions on compensation and site clearance to ensure project progress.

At the meeting on construction investment in the first 8 months of the year held recently, EVNSPC’s Chairman Le Van Trang requested project management boards, specialized boards, and power companies to continue to make efforts and vigorously implement construction investment in the last 4 months of the year with a spirit of determination, initiative, and positivity.
