In her opening remarks, Ms. Tran Mai Phuong - Chairwoman of the EVNNPC Trade Union - emphasized that the program “A Warm Mid-Autumn Moon - 2025” not only provided gifts but also represented a sharing of spirit and affection, reflecting the heartfelt sentiments of more than 400 union members of the Corporation’s Trade Union towards the less fortunate elderly and children.

Representatives of EVNNPC Trade Union present Mid-Autumn gifts to elderly people and disadvantaged children at Vinh Phuc Social Work Center, Phu Tho Province.

On this occasion, the delegation donated VND 20 million to support the Center in purchasing medicines and medical supplies; offered 93 gift sets consisting of practical necessities such as soap, shampoo, towels, fabric softener, woolen hats, and mooncakes for the children; and organized a “Loving Meal” with 100 servings of confectionery for the elderly and children at the Center. The program was funded through contributions from individual members and union branches of the EVNNPC Trade Union, as well as donations from compassionate staff within EVN.

This was also an opportunity for union members to strengthen their bonds, spread the spirit of compassion, promote social responsibility, and give back to the community.
