EVN’s Youth Union supports construction of “Lighting Up the Border - National Flag Road” Project in Cao Bang

Recently, in Tra Linh Commune, Cao Bang Province, the Government Youth Union launched the youth project “Lighting Up the Border – National Flag Road” for the 2025–2030 term. On this occasion, the Vietnam Electricity Youth Union (EVN) participated in supporting the construction of one project.

At the event, the Government Youth Union and the Department of Political Affairs under the Border Guard Command signed a coordination agreement to implement the project. They also launched five projects in Cao Bang Province, presented 30 gift packages to students and families facing difficult circumstances, and commenced construction of the first project immediately after the launch ceremony.

Units jointly implementing border lighting project

The EVN’s Youth Union contributed VND 100 million to support the construction of one project, which comprises a solar-powered lighting system combined with a National Flag Road. The project was developed as an integrated system, meeting technical, aesthetic, and safety requirements.

“Lighting Up the Border – National Flag Road” is a key youth project of the Government Youth Union for the 2025–2030 term. The project aims to coordinate the implementation of approximately 250 projects across 248 border and island communes nationwide to establish at least one road or suitable project component in each locality, depending on actual conditions.
