Representatives of Dat Do Power Company and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dat Do Commune present housing support to Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai family in Hiep Hoa Hamlet.

The beneficiaries are the families of Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, residing in Phuoc Trung Hamlet, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai, residing in Hiep Hoa Hamlet, both in Dat Do Commune.

The funding was provided through the "For the Poor" Fund managed by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dat Do Commune. The local authorities will oversee the construction process, ensuring that the financial assistance is used for the intended beneficiaries in a transparent, accountable, and timely manner, helping the families secure stable housing and improve their livelihoods.

Speaking at the event, Nguyen Phu Vinh, Director of Dat Do Power Company, said that supporting housing construction for poor and disadvantaged households is a practical initiative demonstrating the city's power sector's commitment to the community. The programme also reflects Vietnam's long-standing tradition of mutual support and serves as a meaningful activity in celebration of the 50-year development of the Ho Chi Minh City Electricity Management and Distribution Department, the predecessor of EVNHCMC.
