Since the beginning of the year, Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) has requested that its member units proactively coordinate closely with local authorities and police agencies, especially the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force. This has resulted in more than 12,000 inspections and direct propaganda efforts at facilities and households.

The primary focus of inspections includes locations with a high risk of fire and explosion, such as markets, shopping malls, restaurants, karaoke venues, motels, rental properties, apartment buildings, mixed-use residential and production houses, schools, hospitals, and manufacturing facilities.

In addition to inspection work, the units have focused on extensive propaganda to each group of electricity users. Communication methods are deployed flexibly, through multiple channels, and tailored to local conditions.

Specifically, since the beginning of the year, 81,380 leaflets and 3,992 handbooks and manuals on safe electricity use have been widely distributed to households and production and business establishments; 1,261,819 times accessing propaganda information through digital platforms such as EVNCPC website, Facebook page, Customer Care App, information on newspapers and television; a total of 85 billboards, banners, and posters were installed along main roads and in residential neighborhoods to enhance visual communication and public engagement; 108 meetings and propaganda conferences were held with the participation of representatives of local authorities, police, residential groups and electric utility staff.

In particular, since September 2024, EVNCPC has integrated the "Electrical Safety" section on the Customer Care app and website. The content is designed to be easy to understand, engaging, and regularly updated, enabling users to access useful information with just a few taps on their phones.
