On the Soc Trang side, package 01XL-DZCD has completed the erection of 14/14 pole positions and pulling wires for 5/8 anchorage intervals on shore. EVNPMB strives to pull wires for the remaining anchorage intervals on shore before July 15, 2025.

At sea, the construction unit has completed the erection of 5/18 positions; 3/18 positions are currently under construction. The contractor is actively monitoring the site, taking advantage of favourable weather conditions for construction. The goal is to complete the erection of the poles at sea before August 20, 2025.

In related packages, package 02XL-DZCD has completed 6/8 concrete foundations; the remaining 2 locations are expected to be constructed between July 10-13, 2025; package 04XL-DZCD has completed 5/5 foundations and is under finishing construction.

On the Con Dao side, package 05XL-DZCD has completed all 21/21 cable tunnels; it is expected to complete wire pulling before July 31, 2025. For package 06XL-DZCD, the contractor has completed the construction part and is installing the 110kV expansion barrier equipment at the Vinh Chau 220kV substation; currently continuing to complete the GIS (gas-insulated high voltage switchgear) house at Con Dao 110kV to prepare for equipment installation.

Regarding land lease and land allocation procedures, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (old) issued a land use right certificate for 264.7 square meters at the land contact point of Con Dao on June 26, 2025.

For the EPC package for submarine cable construction, the laying of submarine cable lot 1 with a length of 41km has been completed; cable lot 2 has been delivered at Long An port and will be laid before July 15, 2025; striving to complete the laying of cables on the entire route on Con Dao before July 31, 2025, 15 days earlier than the original plan (August 15, 2025).

Currently, EVNPMB3 is completing the acceptance documents according to regulations.
