Besides, EVNHCMC has kept on operating effectively 100% of 110kV substations under the unmanned/remote control mode; completed and put into operation a Backup Control Center, modern operation rooms at power companies. The Corporation has also been maintaining 1,032/1,032 plans for closing medium voltage loops (corresponding to 940/940 line routes, accounting for 100%); implementing 9,577 turns of live-line work.
EVNHCMC’s power grid is monitored and controlled remotely
With the strong application of science and technology, the reliability of the power supply of EVNHCMC has been constantly being improved, enhancing customers’ satisfaction. Specifically, in the first 8 months of the year, EVNHCMC's SAIDI (system average interruption duration index) was only 25 minutes.
Not only in operation management, but EVNHCMC has also vigorously applied achievements of the 4th industrial revolution and digital technology to business and customer service activities. EVNHCMC has provided 100% of electricity services online at level 4. The percentage of customers paying electricity bills without cash has reached 99.65%.
In the first 8 months of the year, the Corporation has performed new electricity connections for 287 dedicated substations with an average processing time of 3.89 days (including the processing time of state management agencies); in which, 160 substations are invested by the power sector and 127 substations are invested by customers.
