The ceremony was attended by Mr. Do Duc Hung – a Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and chairman of the Vietnam Electricity Trade Union.
Presenting Hanoi Power Corporation at the ceremony, there were Mr. Nguyen Danh Duyen - Chairman of the Member Board along with EVNHANOI's Board of Directors, EVNHANOI Trade Union, contractors supplying materials and equipment, performing construction and installation, design consultants, and supervision consultants.

Dai Kim 110kV substation was commenced on December 14, 2021, and was energized and put into operation on December 11, 2023. The substation was built with a total area of 5000m2. Being designed with a scale of 3 63MVA transformers, 2 machines were installed in this phase. The substation is designed with modern equipment, all substation equipment is controlled by a computer system, connected to a remote monitoring and control SCADA system from EVNHANOI's Dispatch Center according to the criteria of an unmanned station.

The work of Dai Kim 110kV substation and its branches are invested in and built to contribute to reducing capacity and power loss of the regional power grid while improving power quality and supply reliability. In addition, the substation will support the interconnection of medium voltage sources of 110kV substations, ensuring the development of a stable power grid structure following the planning, meeting the needs of economic, social, cultural development, and national security and defense for localities of Hoang Mai, Thanh Xuan and Thanh Tri Districts in particular, and of Hanoi City in general.
