Reporting to the delegation of EVN, Mr. Doan Tien Cuong - Director of Ialy Hydropower Company said: In the first eight months of 2022, the company's power production is 3.399 billion kWh (reaching 69.1% of the year plan). In which, Ialy Hydropower Plant (Hydro-power plant) achieved 2,309 billion kWh (reaching 68.7% of the year plan); Sesan 3 Hydro-power plant reached 803 million kWh (67% of the year plan); Pleikrong Hydro-power plant reached 287 million kWh (reaching 78.8% of the year plan).

In the first 8 months of 2022, the plants of Ialy Hydropower Company have met and surpassed the plan in terms of availability factor, breakdown-stoppage rate, and self-consumption rate.
Disaster prevention and search and rescue are prepared by the unit according to the motto: 4 on the spot. The company has performed well, ensuring safety for downstream, no violation of flood discharge affecting EVN.
The company has effectively implemented patrolling, controlling targets, especially controlling the entry and exit at the construction of the Ialy Hydropower Plant Expansion Project. The company also signed a regulation on cooperation with the police agencies of Gia Lai and Kon Tum provinces in the protection of plants.

In preparation for production and taking over the operation management of the Ialy Hydro-power plant expansion project, the company has developed the outline “Content, tasks, volume, progress of preparation for production and taking-over of operation management of the Ialy Hydro-power plant Expansion project in the 2021-2024 period”; made a plan to recruit production preparation personnel to conduct training; participated in monitoring and handling problems arising on the construction site (construction of cofferdam around the water intake of Ialy Hydro-power plant expansion project); supervised and recommended construction units on the construction site strictly comply with technical requirements on environment, society, health and safety.
Currently, the Central Highlands region is in the rainy and stormy season, leaders of EVN has required Ialy Hydropower Company to comply with the operation method of A0 and the inter-reservoir operation process; actively advise and propose optimal exploitation of water sources, improve the efficiency of power generation for 3 plants to achieve and surpass the power output registered for the implementation plan in 2022; no accidents, occupational accidents due to subjective causes happed.

Implementing the annual theme of the Electricity of Vietnam on "'Safe, flexible and effective adaptation'', Ialy Hydropower Company needs to strengthen the application of science and technology; focus on ensuring security, information safety, safety of telecommunications system and information technology. Along with that, the Company shall closely coordinate with Power Project Management Board 2 in construction and supervision of equipment installation to ensure the progress and quality of the Ialy Hydro-power plant expansion project, prepare human resources ready to take over and operate the project after it is completed.
