EVN’s President and CEO Tran Dinh Nhan chaired a meeting with EVNNPT and EVN's specialized departments on the 500kV transmission line project from Quang Trach to Pho Noi on the afternoon of July 8
On July 8, 2023, right after the meeting of the Minister of MOIT on the implementation of the Quang Trach - Pho Noi 500kV transmission line project to ensure the progress of power supply to the North, the President and CEO of EVN also chaired a meeting on these projects at the headquarters of EVN.
The Quang Trach - Pho Noi 500kV transmission line project, circuit 3, includes 4 projects of 500kV transmission lines: Quang Trach - Quynh Luu, Quynh Luu - Thanh Hoa, Nam Dinh I Thermal Power Plant - Thanh Hoa, Nam Dinh I Thermal Power Plant - Pho Noi. This is a transmission grid project playing a particularly important and urgent role in the current period and needs to be implemented promptly and put into operation as soon as possible to contribute to ensuring power supply for the North in the coming years.
EVN will establish a Steering Committee for Project Implementation, of which the President and CEO of EVN is the head, to closely and regularly direct the project implementation process.
The President and CEO of EVN assigned the President and CEO of EVNNPT to directly lead, direct and concentrate all resources to deploy promptly and effectively, and synchronously solutions to ensure the completion of projects in June 2024 under the direction of the Prime Minister and the Minister of MOIT.
EVNNPT needs to urgently plan the detailed project implementation progress and propose synchronous solutions to complete the projects in June 2024 and make a report to EVN on July 9, 2023.
The President and CEO of EVN also requested the specialized departments of EVN to handle the projects and documents related to the projects within 01 day, all outgoing dispatches shall be written "Urgent" to be resolved quickly, and immediately report it to the President and CEO of EVN if there arise any problems.
