Customers are center of all EVN’s activities

The Customer Gratitude Month 2018 is organized at 100% of power companies nationwide, this is the gratitude from EVN dedicated to power users through a series of activities to improve service quality and volunteer works, activities for the community.

“Professionality, friendliness”

This is the message of the Customer Gratitude Month 2018. Particularly, EVN represents as a state-owned enterprise with great progresses in the quality of power supply services, social responsibility, making contribution to the development of the country.

One of the key points included in the Month is that power corporations, companies will implement propaganda programs on safe and effective use of power in many schools across the country; install rooftop solar power free of charge for more than 100 customers of policy families and schools.

For the 4th time organized by EVN, the Month will be promoted with success from previous programs through power repair and installation without charge for more than 16,000 poor households and policy families across the country; organization of more than 100 customer conferences to get their feedbacks; implementation of substation maintenance without charge for major customers, etc.

Additionally, depending on the actual situation in localities, Power units will actively and flexibly organize appropriate customer gratitude activities.

Improve service quality

With this point of view, EVN has constantly innovated, improved its services for better quality. Particularly, in 2018, Viet Nam’s access-to-electricity index has been assessed by the Doing Business (World Bank) for its great improvement with highest rank so far, ranked 27th out of 190 countries/economies (increasing by up to 37 levels compared to 2017’s).

Currently, Viet Nam’s access-to-electricity index has surpassed the Philippines and is currently listed in ASEAN-4 group. Particularly, Viet Nam has been ranked 2nd in ASEAN regarding the number of procedures and time of power supply of the Power sector.

Over the past years, EVN has served 100% online electricity services, which is equivalent to level-3 public services. By this time, electricity service has been interconnected to online public service portal of 42 provinces/cities,  bringing maximal convenience for customers

EVN has also cooperated with partners to diversify the forms of electricity bill payment: Payment via Internet banking, automatic debiting, etc.

Power users also expresses their support and consent with EVN through rating the satisfaction level, continuously increasing year on year, from 6.45/10 points in 2013 to 7.97 points (2017).
