- Beneficiaries: Poor households, social policy beneficiary households in accordance with the criteria specified by the Prime Minister
- Financial support amount: equivalent to the electricity charge for 30 kWh at the current retail price for electricity for residential consumption of rate 1.
- Support arrangement: The commune-level People’s Committees pay the support amount for poor households in the locality periodically once every quarter of the year.
