Trung Nam Wind Plant is invested by the Trung Nam Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. The wind farm project is located in Loi Hai and Bac Phong commnunes,Thuan Bac district, Ninh Thuan province. The capacity of the project is 90 MW and is connected to the power grid by the 110 kV double circuit line from 110 kV substation of Trung Nam wind power plant to 110 kV bus bar of the 220/110 kV Thap Cham substation.
Through the negotiations, the two sides agreed on power purchase agreement, in which electricity prices and power purchase contract are applied in accordance with the relevant documents issued by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
