According to Mr. Frank Phuan, EDPR SUNSEAP Group operates in 9 countries, owns and operates 1.1GW of renewable energy. In Vietnam, EDPR SUNSEAP manages and operates 500MWp of solar power. Establishing close and long-term cooperative relations with partners in the region, especially Vietnam Electricity, is a top priority for EDPR SUNSEAP.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation in such areas as enhancing the stability of the power grid; building operational infrastructure with renewable energy storage systems and smart grids; sharing management experience, improving capacity on the power grid and power source operation management system; implementing DPPA mechanism and bidding mechanism for renewable energy projects, and so on.
