At the meeting, Mr. Wilfried Breuer introduced information about MR company. Accordingly, MR is a leading manufacturer of electrical equipment, especially the On-Load-Tap Changers (OLTC) of transformers. In Vietnam, MR has provided more than 2,600 OLTC sets on the power grid, mainly concentrated on the 220kV and 500kV power grids managed by the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT). MR has also provided a lot of OLTC equipment for EVN's 500kV and 220kV transformers.
Currently, MR has built a technical training center to further improve the ability to provide services and remote support for devices during use. Therefore, MR wishes to continue expanding cooperation with EVN in providing equipment for EVN and its member units in the coming time.

On EVN's side, EVN Vice President Ngo Son Hai highly appreciated the quality of electrical products and equipment that MR provides to member units in EVN. EVN leader said that currently, the power demand in Vietnam is increasing, so EVN is promoting the development of the power grid, especially the transmission power grid. Therefore, EVN welcomes partners interested in this field.
EVN Vice President also proposes MR provide more good policies and enhance technical services for electrical products and equipment. At the same time, EVN wants MR to support technical training for experts of units within EVN such as EVNNPT and Dong Anh Electrical Equipment Corporation in maintenance and repair work.
