The digital citizen platform of the provinces/cities is an important component in building the digital society of the provinces. The application is developed as a connection channel between people, businesses, and authorities.
To meet demand as well as create convenience for people to access closer to electricity services in cyberspace, EVN has deployed to connect EVN's ecosystem with the NDXP platform of the Ministry of Information and Communications to provide electricity services on the digital citizen platform of the provinces/cities. Thereby, it provides many convenient electricity service utilities for customers in provinces/cities, including Looking up information about electricity; Registration of electricity purchase and sale contracts, liquidation of electricity; Looking up electricity bills; Power Company sends notices to customers; Customers send complaints to the Power Company and the Government….

Implementing the "National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with orientation to 2030" of the Government, EVN has clearly demonstrated the pioneering role of state-owned enterprises. Vietnam Electricity has pioneered in connecting EVN's ecosystem with national platforms such as the National Public Service Portal, the electronic invoice system of the General Department of Taxation, and the National database on population, etc. Which, EVN officially connected with the National Database on Population through the National Public Service Portal on February 1, 2022, 4 months ahead of schedule as required by the Prime Minister. EVN and its member units also connect with banks, e-wallets, Mobile Money, public administration centers, and public service portals of provinces and cities...
According to the Master Plan for Digital Transformation in Vietnam Electricity to 2022, by 2025 (issued in February 2021), EVN strives to basically complete the digital transformation by the end of 2022 and become a digital enterprise by 2025. In the period of 2021-2022, EVN and its units perform the digital conversion in 5 areas (internal governance, construction investment, generation, business and customer service, telecommunications, and information technology), with 45 main tasks on technology application, and 100 goals must be achieved. From these big goals, EVN and its units have implemented strongly, drastically, and comprehensively with many solutions.
Up to September 2022, the results of EVN's digital transformation tasks for the period 2021-2022 have reached an average volume of 86.5%. Which, some areas were completed at a high rate such as internal administration (98.98%), business and customer service (97.56%), and construction investment (94.8%).
