EVN proactively making connections and sharing data
The three electricity services which are allowed by the Government Office to be connected to and provided on the National Public Service Portal on the opening occasion are essential to individuals and organizations for their daily-life, production and business activities.
As the transactions of these electricity services are performed on the Portal, customer records and procedures will be simplified. Some documents such as: Power purchase requests, identification papers will be replaced by user information which has been authenticated and identified by the Portal. Thereby, people and customers can reduce time of conducting their transactions, monitoring implementation processes, giving assessments and opinions on the service provision activities by the Power sector.
The NPSC is an important information channel for EVN to listen to and collect customers’ comments. Thereby, the Group can further improve its quality of customer services; making its electricity services public and transparent. The NPSC also contributes to supporting EVN in standardizing and unifying the provision of online electricity services; supporting the implementation of the "one-stop-shop" mechanism between the Power sector and State management agencies.
Moreover, the Portal supports EVN through using electronic platforms of authentication and identification, electronic payment platforms and sharing data in order to support handling procedures so that the Group continues simplifying its provision of electricity services with the orientation of "digitizing all business activities and customer services" so as to "digitize transactions with customers".
Mr. Tran Dinh Nhan – EVN’s President signing an electronic commitment to show the Group's cooperation in forming, operating and developing the National Public Service Portal.
To gain this achievement, over the last time, EVN has been proactively and actively coordinating with the Government Office and Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group to completely implement the necessary integrations for providing electricity services on the National Service Portal. Specifically, the Group and its subsidiaries have integrated, shared data and interconnected the Customer management information system (CMIS), Customer care website and payment gateway of 5 Power Corporations to the National Public Service Portal.
Particularly, in order to meet the requirements for connection to the Portal, especially in Industrial Revolution 4.0, EVN has actively applied information technology and gradually digitized its services in order to improve its quality of customer services, dramatically perform digital conversion application with the motto "Customer is the center of all activities".
The National Public Service Portal has the only address: www.dichvucong.gov.vn.
This is an important tool to support the process of promoting the development of Vietnam's E-government, aiming to better serve the people and businesses, promoting the nation’s socio-economic development.
