Substations of more than 1,300 customers are cleaned by EVNNPC for free

This is one of the Northern Power Corporation's programs in Customer Gratitude Month in 2019.

In particular, EVNNPC will give priority to businesses participating in and well implementing the Demand Response Program in 2019 in 27 Northern provinces and cities under the Corporation’s service area.

Also in December 2019, EVNNPC has carried out many practical activities in gratitude for customers who have always accompanied the power industry over the past time.

More than 2,700 poor households and policy families (at least 100 households in each province) have been assisted by the Corporation by repairing, substituting and installing free of charge new power lines and LEDs under the program "Light up the trust". EVNNPC sponsors the installation of rooftop solar PV systems for some schools; supporting manpower for installing post-meter power lines for at least 816 new customers who are policy families, poor households and families in difficult circumstances.

About 135 roads in hamlets, villages, communes and wards in provinces have been installed with power lines and street lights; solar powered led lights have been installed at some alleys.

Opening accounts for free for customers having dedicated substations; organizing a draw for customers participating in DR Program in 2019.

In addition, in December 2019, EVNNPC will organize a ceremony to review and award Power Saving Family prizes at the power company and power department levels; presenting stone benches "Gratitude for electricity customers" in hospitals, schools, gratitude houses, parks.

Activities for expressing gratitude to customers of the Northern Power Corporation have been carried out regularly and constantly not only during the Customer Gratitude Month but throughout the year, to improve the quality of electricity services, meet customers' needs in a professional, devoted, civilized and modern manner.
