The main objective of the emulation movement is to ensure a stable electricity supply for the socio-economic development of the country and people's life; ensure safety, progress, and quality of investment in power source and grid projects; improve the efficiency of production and business activities, increase labor productivity; ensure financial balance, preserve and develop state capital in enterprises; continue to restructure and accelerate digital transformation in the operation fields of EVN.
2023 is a pivotal year, creating a foundation to complete the goal of the 5-year plan for the period of 2021 - 2025. With a key role in ensuring sufficient electricity for the country's socio-economic development, EVN chooses the annual theme of "Thrift practice and anti-wastefulness", in order to continue to perform well the task of developing production and business, effectively implementing the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring sufficient electricity supply for the socio-economic development of the country and the people's daily life.
Some of the main targets and contents of the emulation movement:
• Commercial power output reached 251.1 billion kWh.
• Rate of electricity used for transmission and distribution: does not exceed 6.15%.
• Reliability of power supply: The average outage time per customer per year (SAIDI index) is no more than 318 minutes;
• Focusing on the construction of the Expanded Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant, the Expanded Ialy Hydropower Plant, and the Quang Trach I Thermal Power Plant projects; completing 232 projects of 110kV -500kV power grid.
• Labor productivity increased by over 8%.
• Implementing comprehensively, synchronously, and effectively the annual theme of "Thrift practice and anti-wastefulness".
• Strengthening measures to ensure worker safety, improving working conditions, and minimizing occupational accidents.
• Ensuring social security, taking care of the material and spiritual life, and regimes and policies for employees.
• Continuing to strengthen propaganda and mobilization of employees to raise their political consciousness, promoting the implementation of EVN Culture in the period of 2022-2025.
