One of the earliest units to complete reporting connection
At the end of July 2020, EVN completed all works as required by the Government Office to implement the National Reporting Information System (NRIS) and the Center for Information, Direction and Management from the Government, Prime Minister. Specifically, the unit has completed the development of technical methods, refining the interface for displaying reporting information to the NRIS. EVN is one of the units that has earliest completed connection and provision of information ahead of the schedule required by the Government Office.
Currently, on the NRIS, EVN is connecting to display reports with six dashboards:
1. Structure of power source by type and owner
2. Proportion of commercial output and reservoir hydrology
3. Load of electrical system by day
4. Site clearance situation of key projects
5. Power use of customers who are administrative and non-business agencies
6. Power use of key energy customers

Putting into operation the System and the Center is considered as important points of innovating and changing the way of direction, management from “basing on information, data on paper documents” shifting to “digital data”, ensuring timely and accurate update, synthesis and analysis of information and data, forming a source of information and data which is consistent, safe, confidential and effective; easy and fast implementation to save time, increase the timeliness and accuracy of reported information and data.
The Center for Information, Direction, Management from the Government, Prime Minister is connected to the operating centers, reporting information systems, national databases, systems of specialized information and databases of ministries, sectors, and localities, become one of the core components of smart digital infrastructure.
From the Center, the Prime Minister, members of the Government can observe and inspect activities in each field managed by ministries, branches and localities. At the same time, through digital data, visual online images, it can help the Government leaders to directly direct and administer ministries, branches, localities and on-site manner.
EVN takes the lead in service provision on the National Public Service Portal
At the ceremony announcing the 1,000th public service on the National Public Service Portal (NPSP).
On its side, when the NPSP was opened (9 December 2019), EVN was honored to be allowed by the Government to provide three out of the first eight services provided on the Portal. On 24 December 2019, EVN completed connecting 12 out of 12 level 4 electricity services to the Portal. EVN was the first state-owned enterprise to complete integration and provision of all level-4 power services on the Portal.
As of 19 August 2020, the NPSP had more than 259,600 requests for power services, accounting for about 90% of all online dossiers implemented from the Portal.
This is a positive result of EVN's efforts in joining with ministries, branches and localities to build the e-Government; bring utilities to a large number of people and businesses across the country.
