Comprehensive completion
Adequate power supply for the needs of socio-economic development, ensuring national security, defense and life needs of the residents in 13 provinces/cities in Central Vietnam-Central Highlands region was the best achievements of EVNCPC in 2019, Mr. Ngo Tan Cu, General Director of EVNCPC, reported at the Conference. By the end of 2019, 100% of communes and 99.7% of rural households in these 13 provinces/cities had got access to electricity.
Customer service quality of EVNCPC has been increasing with many solutions implemented such as: Online electrical services, interconnection with local public administrative centers. All the implementation targets assigned by EVN to EVNCPC have been met and surpassed the ones planned, many of which have been completed 1-2 years ahead of the schedule set by EVN until 2020.
Regarding power grid automation, EVNCPC has completed 100% of 110kV unmanned substations; 100% of power companies have been equipped with SCADA systems and remote operation centers; 91.22% of customers have installed electronic meters; 71.65% of power units have completed 100% of electronic and remote meters.
In terms of production and business efficiency, the Corporation’s profits were higher than those of 2018. Its invested and contributed capitals to joint stock companies had brought high efficiency and EVNCPC’s stock capitalization value in joint stock companies was 2.2 times the initial capital.

Research, application of information technology (IT) and achievements of Industrial Revolution 4.0 have been implemented in most of the production and business fields, attracting many creative and practical ideas from the workers, contributing to the roadmap for digital business transformation of EVNCPC.
The management and operation of the Corporation and its units were professional and effective. All activities of the Party, Trade Union, Youth Union, Veterans Association and community-oriented social ones had achieved good results.
At the Conference, EVN General Director Tran Dinh Nhan acknowledged the Corporation’s efforts in 2019. The success of EVNCPC had contributed to the common success of EVN.
EVN General Director Tran Dinh Nhan praised and, at the same time, asked EVNCPC not to be satisfied with the achieved results but to continue to set higher goals compared to the ones assigned by EVN.

Targets of “3 NOs” and “3 improvements”
EVNCPC set the targets of “3 NOs” in power supply in 2020, including: No inadequate power supply; no subjective failures; and no labor accidents.
In business and customer service, EVNCPC set the targets of “3 BETTERs” including: Better quality of services, more civilized and more modern, by applying science and technology, digitizing all professional activities, customer service; strengthening coordination among units inside and outside EVN on a “economic-sharing” basis to develop customer services, gathering information and sharing costs; strengthening communications.

The Corporation has developed a plan and prepared synchronous solutions for engineering, human resources, training, technology, etc., to achieve the set targets.
For customer services, the Corporation will maximize the performance of Customer Care Center and online information reception channels, actively provide power services in electronic modes, coordinate with local authorities to formally implement the mechanism of “one-stop-shop”; perform level-4 online service on the Public Service Portals at National, provincial/city levels, public administrative center, etc.
At the same time, the Corporation will intensify communications with customers, to create consensus and continue to improve customer satisfaction.
Directing at this conference, EVN General Director Tran Dinh Nhan noted that EVNCPC should pay special attention to reducing power losses, failure rates, power grid availability, labor productivity and human resource quality, etc.
