Mr. Tran Dinh Nhan - President and CEO of Vietnam Electricity (EVN) also highly appreciated EVNHANOI with many effective targets that have been completed and exceeded the plan in 2022 such as power loss, labor productivity, etc. Customer service has many improvements. In particular, the power supply reliability improved significantly. The number of power grid failures (both 110kV and medium and low voltage) is the lowest among power corporations. In addition, EVNHANOI is also the leading unit in research and trial deployment of smart electronic meters (AMI), helping to increase customer experience, and catching up with advanced countries in the world.

Breakthrough in digital transformation
According to Mr. Nguyen Danh Duyen - General Director of EVNHANOI, in 2022 EVNHANOI made efforts to apply science and technology in all aspects of operations. EVNHANOI is also one of the Enterprises belonging to the first State-owned Corporations/Groups to participate in the digital maturity assessment based on 139 criteria and 6 strategic pillars as prescribed by the Ministry of Information and Communications; become a digital enterprise, completed 1 year earlier than planned schedule.
EVNHANOI also promotes the implementation of projects to renovate, upgrade and develop the power grid system to gradually modernize the power grid, and promote automation in the direction of smart grids to improve electricity supply reliability and city grid optimization.
In 2022, the international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings rated EVNHANOI at BB - Positive outlook, equal to the credit rating of EVN and the country. This result creates a solid foundation for EVNHANOI to enhance its ability to mobilize finance through more diversified sources, step by step fully autonomous in optimizing capital structure and diversifying mobilization sources for financing for future projects.

Some outstanding results of EVNHANOI in 2022:
• Commercial power output reached more than 22 billion kWh, an increase of nearly 8% compared to 2021.
• The loss rate reached 3.35%, down 0.2% compared to 2021.
• Average outage time of SAIDI distribution grid: 89.8 minutes
• 100% of electricity customers are installed electronic meters for remote data measurement.
• 100% of customers can manage their information in full detail, through an electronic contract.
• 100% of electrical services are provided electronically, level 4 online.
• 100% of customers' electrical service requests are fulfilled within the committed time.
• 100% of customers pay electricity bills without cash.
• Nearly 100% of customers rated level 4 (Satisfied) and level 5 (Very satisfied) on the service experience channels of EVNHANOI.
