Customers in Ho Chi Minh City can easily register for new connections through customer care channels of the power sector
Over the years, EVNHCMC has improved their process of new connection delivery, i.e via stringing low voltage lines if load demand is ≤ 160 kVA or investing in a new dedicated substation if the demand is > 160 kVA. Accordingly, EVNHCMC will take the initiative to implement and bear all costs (except for electricity customers in the real estate business) and the only action that needs to be taken by the customer is to register for a new connection.
