Since the beginning of the year, EVNNPC has regularly inspected the implementation of power loss reduction (CNN) at its units, analyzed, assessed and determined the causes of losses for voltage levels, substations and lines, thereby giving reasonable measures to reduce heat loss for each area.

EVNNPC also strictly implements regulations on periodic inspection and replacement of damaged/inappropriate meters, TU and TI. In the first 4 months of the year, the whole EVNNPC periodically replaced 964,331 meters, reaching 47.1% of the 2021 plan. At the same time, EVNNPC closely coordinated with local authorities to inspect and handle violations in electricity use. In the first 4 months of 2021, the whole EVNNPC inspected nearly 1.3 million customers, handled 35,411 cases of damage or error to measurement and violations in power use.
In the coming time, EVNNPC's units need to change their management methods for reducing unemployment. Specifically, it is necessary to set target and personalize all contents, in which imposing personal responsibility for KPI scoring, assessing task completion level associated with the responsibility of the head, consideration of salary payment for employees based on the targets of EVNNPC.
